This Behavior and Values Guide has been prepared for Dexpell Logistics employees to define the attitudes and behaviors to be displayed both inside and outside the company.
1. Purpose: This guide defines the expected behavior and communication principles for Dexpell employees within and outside the company.
2. Scope: Applies to all personnel at the Headquarters and all Dexpell branches.
3. Implementation Principles: This guide is binding for all employees, committed at the time of hiring, monitored by the Human Resources department, and violations may lead to disciplinary actions.
We Are Customer-Centric: The customer is always at the center of our business. We do not act without understanding their needs, and we do not consider ourselves successful without measuring their satisfaction. We do not blame, we offer solutions.
We Take Responsibility and Keep Our Promises: We are responsible for our work, our words, and our teammates. We complete every task we commit to, on time and fully. Incomplete work is not acceptable at Dexpell.
We Communicate Positively: We are aware of the impact of our words. There is no place for toxic, negative, or destructive communication at Dexpell. We speak in a respectful, solution-oriented, and motivating manner.
We Are Transparent and Open: We do not hide information; we remain open with our managers and team. Transparency builds trust, and trust brings success. If there is a problem, we speak up and propose solutions.
We Embrace Change: Logistics changes, the world changes, and so do we. We are open to new systems, digital solutions, and development opportunities. Our job is not to preserve the status quo but to build the new.
We Promote Team Spirit: We are a team that says “We” instead of “I.” Gossip, polarization, and sabotage have no place at Dexpell. Success is achieved together; growth happens together.
We Rely on Data and Analysis: Intuition is valuable, but we don’t make decisions without data. Every task has a report; every process has a metric. We say “according to the data,” not “I think so.”
We Continuously Learn and Improve Ourselves: Training, development, and feedback are our fuel. Those who close themselves to knowledge also close themselves to the future. We seek ways to be better than we were yesterday.
We Own the Work and Represent the Company: When we speak to customers, we know we represent Dexpell. Everyone who represents the company is as valuable as the company’s reputation. We represent Dexpell at all times and in all places.
We Never Compromise Our Ethical Stance: Zero tolerance for cheating, slacking, and manipulation. Integrity, trust, and ethics are our red lines.
5. Enforcement: This guide came into effect as of 26/05/2025 and is binding for both current and future employees of the company.
